The Nitto ATP Finals continues on Tuesday with the second round of matches against competitors from the Jimmy Connors Group. Top seed Carlos and Taylor Fritz will improve to 2-0 this week in Turin, ahead of Alex de Minaur and home favorite Lorenzo who wants to avoid a 0-2 improvement in the evening of the show.

Both Fritz and Mumetti find themselves in the unusual position of playing round robin games on consecutive days during the Season Finale, a scheduling quirk that leads to Athens’ run on Saturday.

In doubles action, top-seeded Britons Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool will look to make up for an opening loss when they take on Germans Krawietz and Tim Vavassori to open the day’s play with marcel granollers and Horacio Zeballers.

For the first time in his triple nitton appearance, Alcaraz got a win in his opening round robin by beating Alex de Minaur 7-6 (5), 6-2 on Sunday. Several more victories in Turin, regardless of the round, will be enough for him to secure the year’s ATP-End Now No. 1 presented by PIF Honors in his fight with Jannik Sininer.

Having played just one game since the start of October – a shocking knockout loss to Cameron Norrie in Paris – Alcaraz is back to form with an inspiring performance at the Inalpi Arena.

“By sending a message to other players and up to you, [an early win] Alcaraz said it was very good, “said Alcaraz after breaking the de minaurs four times, according to infosys ATP Stats.” I’ve been playing here for the first few years, so I’m happy with what won the next game. “

Fritz enters this Tuesday coming off a win, his coming with a 6-3 scoreline against Megetti on Monday. In the PIF ATP rankings battle with Turin Debatant Ben Shelton of Noah 1 American, the 28-year-old can be added to his last experience in turin last year in Turin and his first in the OTP ATP Finals.

“Every time I come here, I like the conditions and it’s very easy to get motivated,” Fritz said of his impressive record. “You can lock it, it’s the last tournament of the year and it’s the ATP Finals. It’s a big deal.”

Against Alcaraz, Fritz will also face his first Lexus Atp Head2head against the Spaniard less than two months ago in the Laver Cup. While Alcaraz extended his series lead to 4-1 with a recent win at the Tokyo Final, Fritz seemed to find a winning formula in San Francisco. In that meeting of the Laver Cup, the American Won 16 of 20 points, he started the power of his rally ball and chose the right time to attack.

While Fritz finds joy in the slow Indoor conditions in the team event, the fast environment in Turin will make for a different game. No player will be wasting his time in bad meetings, with concerts and early attacks by generally damaging short exchanges in the Inalpi Arena.

[7] Alex de Minaur (aus) vs. [9] Lorenzo Musetti (Italy)
It’s not even dead in this high-stakes encounter, but it’s close. After losing straight pairs to start the group stage, de minaur and nitto atp finals delien Musetti will be hoping for a win to keep their tolerance in their hands.

De Minaur is looking for his first Turin win in his fifth meeting, which will be his last season. While he couldn’t set up ALCARAZ, the Aussie gave the top seed all he could handle in their open.

“It was a really tough game,” said the Spaniard. “This time, Alex does the best with the speed of the ball, he is very fast and it is really difficult to come back.” Despite the fast conditions, de Minaur created five break opportunities in this game, converting two.

De Minaur will be hoping the surface plays a big part in Tuesday’s results. He trails Musetti 1-3 in their Lexus ATP Head2head series, with his only win coming on the hard courts of the Australian Open in 2022.

With a 42-16 record on hard courts this season, de Minaur owns the most Wins Level Lives of any player on the surface. Musetti (25-16) is 12th on the leaderboard of the court’s court wins this year, including the last run in Chengdu and Athens.

The Creative and Stylish Italian lives at home on clay, but his presence in Turin is proof of his ability in all areas on the ATP tour. He will hope to take the lessons learned from the record seven-tinati atp final champ novak djokovic – beat him on Saturday in his duel, to De Wal Minaur.

Everything adds up

Double action
Italians Bolelli and Vavassori delighted the former fans with 7-5, 6-3 wins in the top seed and glasspool on Sunday night, while the Granollers were not spoiled to return the reigning money Krawietz with a 10, 4-6, 10-6 victory of the Tournain Tournament.

High riding going into this tournament, the top seed and the Tivalists of Germany now face the most important magic that will send the loser to the last place in the last group in the Peter FleMing Group.

The granollers and zeballos, champions this season at Roland Garros and the US Open, take the Wimbledon Champs Bolelli and Vavassori for the first place in the team.
