Luke Donic is down to face Mavs shot Nico Harrison, focusing on the Lakers
Los Angeles Lakers Superstar Luka Doncic was asked to comment on the Dallas Mavericks governor on Mr. Torrick Dumont’s decision to name the fire of basketball activities.
Nico Harrison traded Luka Doncic to the Lakers
According to ESPN’s Dave Mcmenamin, Harrison first approached Lakers President of Basketball Acation and General Manager Rob Pelinka with a trade proposal in January.
After weeks of negotiation, Harrison hit the basketball world in February when he traded Doncic to Anthony Davis, Max Christie, and Los Angeles’ Round Pick.
It would be an understatement to say that the trade was controversial.
The walkout eventually led to Mavs Fans Bowcoting the team and protesting outside the American Airlines Center, as well as inside the stadium during games.

Coming off the Lakers’ 12-92 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night, Doncic was asked how he reacted to Harrison’s firing.
“The city of Dallas, the fans, the players, will always have a special place in my heart,” Doncic said. “I thought I would stay there forever, but I didn’t. So that will always be a special place for me.
“I’ll always call it home, but right now, I’m focused on the Lakers and trying to keep going. But obviously it’s going to be part and parcel of what I’m doing here.”
Doncic is already making NBA history with the Lakers
Doncic, acquired by maverick in the creation of NBA night in 2018 with the Atlanta Hawks, continued to be the rookie of the year and became a member of the five stars, the 2024 conference of the west, and the 2024 conference of the West of the Finals with his former team.
Maxi Kleber, who was brought in by the Mavericks to help match salaries, was also asked for his reaction to the Harrison News after the Lakers’ Shoobulaund session.
“It’s a fast-paced business, man,” Kleber said, of McMenamin. “Players, GMs, coaches, everybody. So I always have to be ready for the next move.”
In eight appearances (all starts) this season, doncic has shown the highest 34.9 points, 9.9 assists, 36.6 minutes per contest with a shooting line of 47.6 / 30.8 / 77.5.
Doncic became the only player in NBA history other than Champerlain to score 40 points in three straight games to start the season. Chamberlain did it twice: seven straight games in 1962-63 and five straight in 1961-62.
That record was set after Donic had made Lakers history by posting 92 points in the first two games to start Jerry West’s franchise record of 56 of 81.
Doncic struggled with the Thunder
When Doncic got going in his first full season with the Lakers, he was held to less than 20 points against the Thunder on Wednesday.
Doncic recorded a game-high 19 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, and four turnovers. He also finished shooting just 7 (35%) from the field and 1-of-7 (14.3%) from 3-point range.
The Lakers were outscored by 31 points in the 33 minutes Doncic was on the court. The 32-point deficit at halftime was the most Doncic has ever trailed in a half in his eight-year career, according to ESPN statistics and data.
“It was definitely not our best game,” Doncic said. “Probably one of the worst this season, but they did a good job. I think they can all do a great job for me. So they show that we need to be more prepared. I need to be better than that and just get [it] outside. “
The Lakers visit the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday.
