Report, result, goals in 2026 eligible

Scotland are still in with a chance of automatic qualification for the 2026 World Cup despite losing 3-2 to Greece in Group C.
Anastasios Bakasetas’ Strike We beat Anastasios
Scotland, however, fought back in an amazing second half, Ben Gannon-Dok and Ryan Christie began to eliminate Greatpand, and the tension strengthened by the red card of Bakasetas and the development in Copenhagen.
With Scotland losing, Denmark’s win against Belarus could have found their place in North American fans.
But Belarus came from behind to lead 2-1 and, although Denmark found an equalizer while Scotland failed to do so, a combination of results still appeared in Scotland’s first opportunity of 1998 on Tuesday.
Scotland will host Denmark at Hampden Park in a win-That-That-Take-That game, although they will need to improve smartly if they are to pull off a historic upset.
Bakasetetas fired home the Greek striker after Craig Gordon had made a superb save from Vangeli Pavlidis.
Greece continued to pepper Scotland’s goal after that, with Gordon producing a good save from Tzolis and pulling off a low break stop to clear a close-range Postpanagiotis Retsos header.
Vanguli Pavlidis then turned the target at his mercy, and the Benfica striker was forced off through injury.
But Scotland rose to the occasion at the end of the first half, with Scott MCCMinay heading forward.
The Napoli Star hit the crossbar with a long-range effort, before Che Adams and Ben Gannon-Dok each had chances set up by MCLOMINAY.
Christie and Adams combined to give up a golden opportunity to equalize eight minutes into the second half, and Scotland were punished as the kingdom of karetsas and a long effort from Gordon expected to end the game as a contest.
But Gannon-doak turned home his first Scotland goal from John McGINGN’s Log Cross and Christie headed home Robertson’s delivery to Andrew Robertson to reignite the continued development issues sorted.
Bakasetas was sent off for a second yellow for elbowing Lewis Ferguson in the stomach, but Scotland failed to take advantage, with Odysses VlachoDos producing a stunning save with his legs to dislodge McCominay’s leg.
Blachodimos was not seriously tested following that opportunity, but Belarus’ decision to hang in Copenhagen means Scotland could yet qualify for a historic success.
