Garin o Cristian joined a six-way streak for four consecutive titles on Sunday when he won the Uruguay Open in Montevideo.
That first Noid. BUSE would have made his top 100 in the PIF ATP rankings had he won.
But the 29-year-old garin spoiled buse’s hopes and claimed his eighth cellenger title. His last three trophies this year came in Mauthausen, Oeiras and on home soil in Antofagasta.
“You are proud of the effort and are already looking forward to the next one,” Garin wrote in an Instagram post showing off his 2025 season. “Thanks to everyone who supports me. See you in ’26.”
Garin, seeded fifth in Montevideo, rallied from being down in his last three matches of the week. After falling to the ground as World No. 214 in April, Garin is now in a good position to make the Australian Open draw.
Challenging calls for leaders, 2025
Garin wasn’t the only top 25 player to win on the challenger circuit this week. Germany’s Jan-Lennard lifted his seventh medal at this level with the open auvergine-shrône title in Lyon.
Struff, who reached a career-high No. 21 June 2020, downed British Qualifier Liam Broad 6-4, 6-4 in the tournament.

Kozlov claims the first title from 2021, ideally in the same tournament
The American Stefan Kozlov captured his first Challenger title in four years following the 2020 partners saved the last point, which he saved for a 7-6 (3), 7-5 victory with the same victory over Arizona State University Mascher.
Glinka, 25, became the third Challenger Champion
Daniil Glinka became the third player from Estonia (Mark Lajal, Jurgen ZOPP) to win a Challenger title with his maiden title at the Challenger Baceque National de Drummondville. The 25-year-old, who beat Canadian wild card Duncan Chan 6-4, 6-2 in the final, at a career-high No. 191 in PIF ATP standards.
Watanuki wins the Kobe Challenger for the third time
Josuke Watanuki Watanuki was not remembered for the unforgettable challenge at the Hyogo Noah Challengen in Kobe, where the home favorite won the tournament for the third time. Having lifted the trophy in 2019 and 2022, Watanuki found his best chance to return to the winning circle. 27-year-old Elias Ymer 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 in the title match.
Bolt starts the Aussie’s turnaround with a win at home
Australia’s three-week hard court swing began at the Brisbane QTC Tennis International, with Home Hope Alex Bolt going all the way to the title. Bolt did not drop a set in five matches to defend his first Challenger crown since June 2021. The lefty defeated tung-lin wu 6-3, 6-3 in the final.
