Avalanche Bury Sharks 6-0 for 10th straight win – Hockey Writers – Colorado Avalanche

The Colorado Avalanche hosted the San Jose Sharks thanks to Eva, as they were looking for their 10th straight win. They are 16-1-5 on the season and appear to be full steam ahead for Jared Bendnar’s staff. The third period saw only one goal, from Arturi Lehkonen. His ninth of the season came on a layup after a big pass from Mackinnon to make it a 6-0 game. Macckonzie Blackwood picked up his second straight save, making 26 of 26 stops.

That’s 10 straight wins for the Avalanche, giving them a 14-game point streak going into the playoffs. They have points in 22 of 23 games, and are 9-0-2 at home. The Sharks fall to 11-10-3 on the season. Not the game they want after beating the bruins in their previous game. Their next game is Friday, November 28, against the Vancouver Canucks.
