The top 10 men and four women in the world are among the world’s tennis superstars to commit to the United Cup 2026 after the entries were revealed today.
From Friday 2 January to Sunday 11 January, 18 countries will enter for the fourth consecutive year, with teams that will see three men and up to three women join forces and compete side by side.
The two-time Team USA Champions, led by World No.3 Coco Gauff and World No.6 Taylor Fritz, have been named the top seed in 2026, when they return to defend their title.
Grand-time Grand Slam Champion and World No.2 Switesk and Hubert Hurkacz lead Poland to a fourth appearance.

Italy will be guided by world No.8 and 2024 Roland Garros and Wimbledon Finast Jasmine Paolini and Rising Star Flavio Cobolli.
Team Great Britain features a new line-up featuring world No.10 Jack Draper and 2021 US Open Champion Emma Rerucanu.
All-time Grand Slam Champion Stan Wawrinka will take on World No.11 Belinda Bencic for Team Switzerland.
The famous Duo Stefanos Tsitsipas and Maria Sakkari, both former world No.3s, are back in Greece.

Meanwhile, home-town favorites Australia will see world No.7 Alex de Minaur and the new top-ranked woman, the world’s top seed, play on the green, played by Jason Ungler, the former No.1 storm favorite.
Other names competing in 2026 include Barbocha Krejcikova of Czechia and teammate Jakub Mensik – the youngest player in the world at 20 – plus World ruud of Zhizhen Zhang and Zhuin.

“We look forward to the official draw next Monday to find out where our 18 nations will play across Perth and Sydney.
“It will be interesting to see where the likes of Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff, Alexander Zveree, Alex de Minaur, Taylor Fritz and Jasmine Paolini end up competing.
“With AO 2019 and 2021 Naomi Osaka’s hero also led the Japanese national team to its United Cup trophy, the power of the Star in 2026 cannot be denied.
“Add to that Jack Draper and Emma RaduuCanu of Great Britain, and Stan wawrinka and Belinda Bencic of Team Switzerland, and fans in both cities are in full swing.”
Participation is dependent on players committing to the event by the tournament’s entry deadline of 11 November.
At the entry level, 10 countries qualify for the United Curd Cup with the highest men’s and women’s highest ranking, based on their PIF ATP and WTA.
The eight teams are qualified according to the best combined status of men’s and city’s top players and people from the same country.
Seeding by event is based on the combined standings of the top ATP and WTA top players using the rankings as of Monday 10 November.
The official draw will take place on Monday 17 November. The countries will be drawn in six groups of three countries around Perth and Sydney.
