Sky stays home of Ryder Cup and DP World Tour – Golf News

Sky and the DP World Tour have announced a four-year partnership extension that will see Sky Sports and now home to the Ryder Cup and the Ryder and DP World Tour until the end of 2029 in the UK and Ireland.
The new deal, from 2026, will see Sky Sports exclusively broadcast the next two installments of Golf’s Team Peap

Sunday’s Singles session attracts the highest audience for Sky Sports golf, with one in four TV viewers watching the top storm, including 40% under 35s.
Sky Sports Social channels also generated a total of 55 million views across all platforms, while digital engagement saw 12.4 page views across the Ryder Cup week across the Sky Sports app and Skysports.com.
Under the new agreement, Sky Sports viewers will continue to enjoy uninterrupted coverage of the global DP World Tour program that visits 20 countries in 2026, including the Rolex Pehabi Championship, the Abu Dhabi Championship, and the DP World Anglour Championship.
Sky Sports CEO Jonathan Licht said: “Extending our long-term partnership with the DP World tour comes at a time when golf viewing is reaching record-breaking Ang in Ang. For the next four years.”
