Check your email inbox – it’s that time of year. When it appears that every product in the world is lowering their gears to encourage you to succeed in plastic. And you know? Usually. Instead of the editors of Golf.com, I would be doing the same thing. But these are my absolute favorites – items that have either made or defined my golf gear in 2025…and will be hard to replace in 2026.
Titleist T150 4-Iron, $215
By mid-summer I was hooked on the T100 Goxist Irons, which took the place of the Mizuno Blades. One thing I’ve never really been able to do? Raise again enter the longest bell in the bag. 4-iron. But I found the T150 4-Iron — a step up from the top T100s — just to help get that ball in the air, and the results are impressive. I feel like the club will be in the bag for a very long time. And a good thing for you? It’s at the end of the bag, so you can easily add it to your complete set of other irons and feel good about it complementing your current set.

REEBOK Men’s Club C shoes C shoes, $100
As a golf writer, one of the most important aspects of my job is to step one yard interior space The ropes, the rise around the bunkers, the fescue walks and the hard fairways, all looking for an angle on the action that people don’t get at home. All of which is to say, I tend to stick with bare-bones golf clubs for tournaments, and if I find a really nice pair, I stick with them for years. These classic reebok golf shoes were on my feet all year, from Augusta to August to August to Bethpage. I probably played golf with them maybe 5% of the time, but they used 90% of my days. At only $100, they’re pretty affordable, too.

Jones Player bag, reduced to $93
I feel like I’ve already yelled at this golf bag set half a dozen times, but I don’t regret it. It’s more expensive and less expensive than any other bag I have around. Sure, it doesn’t have the shape most people want, but it takes up close to the space in the trunk. It encourages minimalism while there is plenty of storage space. No, you don’t need to carry a dozen golf balls. No, you don’t need pockets for all kinds of artewear. But if you’re playing with an Irish spirit, you can pack it as tightly as you’d like and still save a lot of tooth room.
