Al-Hilal are reportedly prepared to offer a monstrous contract to Milan full-back Theo Hernandez, who has been told he is free to find a new club after the appointment of Massimiliano Allegri as head coach on Friday.ย
Theo Hernandez will be entering the final year of his contract in 2025-26, which leaves Milan needing to sell him this summer, to extend his contract, or to risk losing him on a free transfer next summer.ย
According to recent reports, however, the Frenchman has been told that he is free to find a new club this summer, with Milan unlikely to find an agreement over a new contract extension.ย
How much Al-Hilal will offer Milan and Theo Hernandez

It is understood that Theo earns around โฌ4m per season on his current Rossoneri deal and is seeking around โฌ7m-8m if he is to extend his contract.ย
Al-Hilal, meanwhile, are reportedly prepared to offer Theo โฌ18m per season in wages, which is 4.5 times as much as he earns on his current contract. The Saudi Pro League side are also prepared to spend around โฌ20m on a transfer fee to Milan, according to updates from Milannews.it.ย
Saturdayโs reports suggest that this is not currently enough to convince either Theo or his current employers, though.ย
Milanโs concerns are financial, as they feel they could earn a higher transfer fee from Theoโs sale, while the player himself remains unconvinced regarding the location, and is expected to bide his time and weigh up any other offers that may come his way this summer.
