The BBC will be across all the drama as the Premier League concludes on Sunday, 25 May with all 10 matches kicking off at 16:00 BST.

BBC One starts the day’s coverage with an hour-long episode of Football Focus at 12:00 BST on Sunday, while you can follow updates on all the games from 17:00 BST on Final Score on BBC Two.

Highlights from all the games will be on BBC One’s Match of the Day on Sunday evening at 22:30.

BBC Radio 5 Live will have coverage of Nottingham Forest’s match at home to Chelsea with commentary from Ian Dennis and former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson.

Chris Coles and ex-Liverpool full-back Stephen Warnock will commentate from Anfield as Arne Slot’s champions host FA Cup winners Crystal Palace on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 2.

And on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 3, Sohail Sahi and ex-Wolves striker Matt Jarvis will cover the Molineux side’s home game against Brentford.

All three commentaries are available on BBC Sounds and the BBC website and app, while BBC Radio 5 Live will also have updates from every game as the goals go in.

You can also keep across all the twists and turns by following live text commentary on the BBC Sport website and app.
