According to Tuttosport newspaper, interest from Arsenal and Manchester United convinced Victor Osimhen to snub a move to Al-Hilal, while Viktor Gyokeres is now Juventus’ ‘dream signing’ for the attack.
Napoli-owned striker Osimhen has snubbed a move to Al-Hilal, Football Italia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà exclusively revealed on Sunday.
Juventus, Arsenal and Man United interested in Gyokeres
According to Tuttosport, Osimhen remains on Juventus’ radar, but the Nigeria international rejected the chance to join Simone Inzaghi’s team also because he’s aware of interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.
Both Premier League clubs are looking for a new centre-forward this summer, and they’ll likely cross paths with Juventus. Osimhen isn’t the only common target, given that Sporting CP star Gyokeres is also on the agenda of all three clubs, as well as Al-Hilal, which is still actively searching for a striker.
According to the report, Gyokeres is Juventus’ main target at this stage. The Swedish striker is described as the Old Lady’s ‘dream signing.’
Gyokeres’ price tag revealed
His price tag is around €70m, and his current €3m-a-year salary is in line with Juventus’ finances.
Juventus are also interested in Jonathan David, but a recent report from Matteo Moretto suggests that the Canada international is more likely to join a foreign club.
Meanwhile, Randal Kolo Muani has confirmed that he’d remain at Juventus for the upcoming Club World Cup.
