Milan have reportedly rejected an opening Chelsea offer for Mike Maignan, but the Rossoneri have also ‘booked’ a potential replacement: Torino’s Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.
Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign Maignan from Milan and have submitted an opening offer of €15m for the Rossoneri.

According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Serie A giants have turned down the proposal; however, Italian media are confident that the deal will be completed at €18m.
According to Di Marzio, Chelsea will need approximately £20m to sign Maignan, equivalent to circa €23.7m.
All Italian sources confirm that Maignan wants to join Chelsea, so Milan are already preparing to sign a replacement.
Milan book Maignan’s replacement
As per Matteo Moretto, the Rossoneri have already booked Torino’s Milinkovic-Savic.
Rossoneri sporting director Igli Tare has an excellent relationship with the goalkeeper’s agent, and Milinkovic-Savic is an easy target to sign, having a €20m clause.
Milan have already booked the Serbia international, but they are also considering other targets, including Roma’s Mile Svilar, who is also wanted by Bournemouth and Parma’s Zion Suzuki, according to Gazzetta’s Luca Bianchin.
